Master painter Daniel Reich’s company, based in Loxstedt, has established itself as a renowned family business since its establishment in 1992. Originally founded by his father, Daniel Reich has taken over the reins and is continuing in his father’s footsteps. The company’s range of services includes traditional painting work for private customers, businesses and industry. However, Daniel Reich sets himself apart from the competition with special offers such as seamless wallpapers and digital wall printing. These innovative services expand the traditional understanding of a painting company and place Daniel Reich at the top of the industry by combining modern technology with skilled craftsmanship.

The challenge

Realignment of the painting company

Daniel Reich was confronted with a challenge familiar to many traditional craft businesses: the existing image and corporate identity did not reflect the portfolio of modern services or their uniqueness. A classic painter’s corporate identity, characterized by imagery such as paint rollers and buckets, did not do justice to the company’s innovative approach and specialized offerings. In order to highlight the company’s special skills and services, a redesign of the company’s identity was urgently needed –- from the business stationery to the website and appearance at trade fairs.

Our solution

New brand identity

We developed a fresh and unique corporate identity that reflects the company’s special features and extended range of services. The new logo is at the center of this redesign and gives Daniel Reich a simple and modern brand identity that clearly stands out from traditional painting companies. The central claim “everything different” underlines the company’s unique selling point and its willingness to break new ground.
The web relaunch based on WordPress with the YOOtheme extension enables the company to maintain an online presence that is atypical for the market, yet user-friendly and memorable for customers. The new business stationery includes high-quality service brochures that present the range of services in an appealing way. For the trade fair presence, promotional items and hoodies were designed to match the new corporate identity and strengthen the company’s recognizability. The claim was developed in collaboration with Onno Budelmann from the Fjord agency and contributes significantly to the new brand identity.
