KPI Radar –- Measure, understand, improve
Forbo Movement Systems was looking for a comprehensive overview of decisive key performance indicators (KPIs) from various digital areas. The desire for a standardized, user-friendly tool for internal use that would provide all the essential data for analytically sound marketing management was growing. The client not only wanted to measure success and identify trends at an early stage, but also asked for a flexible and scalable solution that could be adapted to future requirements. In addition, the secure storage of sensitive data was an essential criterion.
Our solution
Intuitive dashboards and seamless integration
To meet the specific needs of Forbo Movement Systems, we developed an exclusive, web application with restricted access. The customized dashboards provide a comprehensive overview of all relevant topics and were developed in close collaboration with Forbo to ensure optimal alignment with the company’s own requirements. Through the API connection of external measurement systems such as Google Analytics, Sistrix and Falcon, we were able to create a central platform that seamlessly merges data from different sources. User management makes it possible to define individual user roles and rights, which ensures differentiated access control and a high level of data security.
