The solution was to develop a customized, login-protected web application that enables efficient user management and the implementation of user roles. A user story workshop was held together with the client to develop specific requirements for this project.
Our Scrum team then developed a system that enables the creation and management of various exhibit entries with different statuses. In addition, an uncluttered overview for exhibit and booking request as well as an event history for displaying booked exhibits were created.
Using the Scrum project management method, the team was able to react to requirement updates in 2-week sprints, allowing the software to be implemented in an agile manner in line with the stakeholders’ wishes.
This solution represents significant added value to the client, not only in the management and booking of trade fair exhibits, but also in the digital transformation of Continental Industry and its partners.
